Preparation Method

  • Grind together apple and banana.
  • Combine dosa batter and sugar.
  • Mix the fruit mixture to the batter.
  • Heat a dosa pan.
  • Take a ladle of the batter and spread in a circular motion as a small dosa.
  • When it turns brown flip over.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Sprinkle pomegranate seed and serve.
