Preparation Method

  • Steam the brinjal with turmeric powder.
  • Dice the garlic, green chillies, ginger, onion, tomato and coriander leaves finely.
  • Combine brinjal, curd, salt and tomato mixture.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Temper mustard.When it splutters, add the mustard to the brinjal – curd mixture.
  • Stir and serve.
