Preparation Method :

  • Cook the green mangoes with the peel for about 10 minutes in a pressure cooker.
  • Allow it to cool. Peel and reserve the pulp.
  • Puree the pulp and add jaggery and salt to it. Allow it to sit until the jaggery dissolves.
  • Now, add cardamom powder and saffron and blend in a blender.
  • Add 6 cups of water to the mango concentrate and mix well.
  • Serve chilled.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Raw (unripe) mangoes
  • 100 grams Jaggery
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • A pinch Saffron
