PAANAGAM

Preparation Method :

  • Take cold water in a pitcher and add jaggery.
  • Stir it well.                                          
  • Add Cardamom powder and dry ginger powder.Stir.
  • Now add lemon juice.
  • Serve in glass with a lemon slice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 40 gram jaggery
  • 2 tea spoon cardamom powder
  • 600 ml cold water
  • 6 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon dry ginger powder

    Panagam will taste better if u add some crushed ginger to it..Its one f ma favorites..Recipes here are really good...Keep up the good wrk:)
