MANGO AND CARDAMOM LASSI

Preparation Method :

  • Blend all the ingredients for a minute or until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 mango, peeled, stoned and cut into chunks
  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 ml plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Seeds from 2 cardamom pods, Ground
