MASALA LASSI

Preparation Time :
5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender along with sufficient water and blend until yogurt becomes smooth and frothy.
  • Transfer it to serving glass.
  • Add ice cubes in it and serve immediately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 600 ml plain Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 2-inch piece ginger, finely grated
  • 10-12 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 small sprig curry leaves
  • Salt to taste
