SOUTH INDIAN FLAVOURED LASSI

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat a little oil in a non-stick saucepan. Add in the mustard seeds and curry leaves. Sauté it for about 20-30 seconds.
  • Remove from heat and pour it in the buttermilk. Stir well to combine and pour into a glass. Allow to cool and serve chilled.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 ml low-fat yogurt, whisked
  • 200 ml cold water
  • ¼ teaspoon Cooking oil
  • ½ teaspoon brown mustard seeds
  • Few fresh curry leaves, shredded
  • Salt, to taste
