Preparation Method :

  • Put the ground almonds into a serving jug (pitcher).
  • Pour in the semi-skimmed milk and add the sugar, stir to mix.
  • Taste for sweetness and serve very cold in long chilled glasses which adds a sense of occasion.


  • 50 grams ground almonds
  • 650 ml semi-skimmed (low-fat) milk
  • 2 teaspoon granulated sugar, or to taste
