Preparation Method :

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with half a cup of water to a thick batter.
  • Place oil in a deep frying pan or skillet over medium heat. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the oil and fry, till golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towels. Repeat till all the batter is used.
  • Serve hot with sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams gram flour
  • 75 grams finely chopped onions
  • 75 grams chopped green bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 75 grams rice flour
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • 25 grams chopped coriander leaves
  • 100 grams roasted cashew nut halves
  • Cooking Oil for frying
