MANGO COCONUT CHUTNEY

Preparation Method :

  • Grind all the ingredients to a coarse paste.
  • Serve with rice and curry.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams Mangoes, unripe, peeled, chopped
  • 100 grams grated Coconut
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 2 Green chillies chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger chopped
  • Salt to taste

    MANGO DO PYAAZA. ONE MANGO PLUM,1 BIG ONION,JEERA,MUSTARD SEED,GARLIC BITS N OIL. FRY IN OIL JEERA,MUSTARD SEED GARLIC TUMERIC POWDER A PINCH, CHILLI POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER.THAN ADD ONION TO IT. SALT TO TASTE AND LITTLE WATER,COOK IT FOR FIVE MIN. TRY IT AS IT IS YUMMY
