Preparation Method :

  • Wash dhania and mint leaves and drain excess water.
  • Combine all the ingredients and grind to a smooth paste with adding little water.
  • Transfer to a bowl and add sufficient salt.
  • Serve with kebabs, snacks, biryani or parathas.


  • 200 grams Fresh Coriander (dhania) leaves roughly chopped
  • 100 grams Fresh Mint leaves roughly chopped
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced finely
  • 2 teaspoons Lime juice
  • 3 Green Chilies
  • ½ teaspoon Ginger-Garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Coconut
  • Salt to taste
