Preparation Method :

  • Soak the figs (anjeer) in milk for about 1 - 2 hours and then grind to a paste.
  • Heat the ghee in a heavy bottomed pan. Add the condensed milk, and fig paste and stir continuously for about 15 - 20 minutes or until it leaves the sides of the pan.
  • Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped cashewnuts.


  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 2 tablespoons cashewnuts
  • 500 ml milk
  • 250 ml condensed milk
  • 250 grams figs
