Preparation Method :

  • Mix the semolina with the ghee and keep for a minute in the microwave.
  • Add the measured milk, sugar and the pulp with few raisins, chopped nuts and cardamom powder.
  • Microwave for about 5 minutes.
  • Serve in a plate with fresh mango pulp.


  • 150 ml milk
  • 75 grams mango pulp
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 50 grams semolina (rawa), slightly fried
  • Sugar  to taste
  • Raisins, chopped nuts and cardamom powder
