Preparation Method :

  • Powder cardamon.
  • Soak saffron in two teaspoons of hot milk. Squeeze between fingers until die milk is orange is colour and the saffron becomes soft.
  • In a 200 ml of hot water add the beaten rice and stir.
  • Close lid for about 3 minutes. Open lid and stir again. When it is very soft add sugar and stir until sugar is melted.
  • Now add the milk and boil for 3 minutes. Add saffron and cardamom powder.


  • 200 grams of Beaten Rice 
  • 600 ml of Milk 
  • 200 grams Sugar 
  • 4 teaspoons Cardamom 
  • Saffron a few strands
