CARROT AND CASHEW KHEER

Preparation Method :

  • Grate carrot, and pressure-cook in minimum of water for a whistle.
  • Thicken milk to quarter the quantity, or, use condensed milk.
  • Powder cardamom.
  • Soak cashew in water for 1 hour and roughly grind.
  • Add sugar to thickened milk. Then add the rest of the ingredients and stir well for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Add ghee last and freeze the kheer.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams of Carrot 
  • 300 grams of Cashew 
  • 2 liter of Milk 
  • 2 teaspoon Cardamom 
  • 300 grams Sugar 
  • 8 tablespoons Ghee
