Preparation Method :

  • Chop jackfruit and pressure-cook for a whistle. Mash and keep aside.
  • Melt jaggery to remove scum.
  • Extract coconut milk twice 1 diluted and 1 thick each Grate coconut for 1 tablespoon.
  • Add jaggery with mashed jackfruit and stir well over fire until it thickens well.
  • Now add diluted coconut milk first. Mix well. Then add thick extract.
  • Fry grated coconut in ghee and add Pradaman.


  • 1 kg of Jackfruit 
  • 400 grams of Jaggery 
  • 500 ml of Coconut Milk 
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut 
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
