MILK KHEER

Preparation Method :

  • Coarsely powder rice.                     
  • Stir the broken rice in ghee for a few seconds.
  • If you have a large pressure-cooker, add rice with milk and pressure-cook for 7 whistles.
  • Place a steel spoon or a small ladle in the milk. It avoids boiling over.
  • Open cooker lid, and stir until it thickens to half the quantity.
  • Now add the sugar, stir until it dissolves and remove from fire.

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 liters of Milk 
  • 400 grams of Sugar 
  • 3 tablespoons Rice 
  • 4 tablespoons Ghee
