Preparation Method :

  • Soak rice for half an hour in water and grind into a fine paste.
  • Powder cardamom.
  • Spread the rice batter in banana leaves, roll and steam for 10 to 15 minutes; remove cool and cut into small pieces; (wash them in water and keep aside.)
  • Boil milk add these steamed rice pieces and allow to thicken to half the quantity.
  • Add sugar and cardamom. Remove from fire.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 liters of Milk 
  • 300 grams of Rice 
  • 300 grams of Sugar 
  • Banana leaves a few
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom
