CHOCOLATE KULFI

2 hours 30 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Boil the milk in a wok till it reduces to half.
  • Add the brown sugar , stir till the sugar dissolves and allow the milk to cool.
  • Then in a double container melt the chocolate and honey.Pour it in the milk.
  • Add the cocoa powder and condensed milk .Mix them well.
  • Put the milk back to flame. Add the cornstarch and stir continuously till the mixture thickens.
  • Add pistachios and allow to cool.
  • Now pour them in kulfi moulds and freeze for 2 hours. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 litre milk
  • 200 grams brown sugar
  • 200 ml condensed milk
  • 200 grams grated chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • 200 grams pistachios
