Preparation Method :

  • For Kulfi :
  • Dissolve cornflour in milk. Heat the milk, add Condensed Milk and Cardamom powder. Boil for 10 minutes on low Flame by stirring continuously.
  • Cool it and fill in Kulfi Moulds and set in the freezer for 6-8 hrs.
  • For Falooda :
  • Soak Agar Agar in 2 cups of water and heat till it dissolves, switch off burner and add Rose syrup and cool to set. Grate it thickly.
  • For Rabdi :
  • Boil Milk in heavy bottom pan and add milk pwdr and sugar, cook for 20-25 minutes on low heat till it turns thick. Chill it.
  • To Arrange : Unmould Kulfi and cut into 3 pieces in a serving dish. Pour chilled Rabdi on it and top with grated Falooda.
  • Top with dry fruits or any fruit Pulp like Mango or Strawberry etc.


For Kulfi

  • ½ liter Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Corn Flour
  • 100 grams Sweet Condensed Milk
  • ¼ teaspoon Cardamom Powder

For Falooda

  • 15 grams Agar Agar (china grass)
  • 2 tablespoon Rose Syrup

For Rabdi

  • ½ liter Full Fat Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Milk Powder
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
