Preparation Method :

  • Dry roast the atta in microwave for few minutes.
  • Add sesame oil and mix very well. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  • Add sugar to taste. Add dry fruits and spice powders.
  • Mix well, make small laddoos.


  • 200 grams whole wheat flour
  • 50 grams powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon dry fruits, chopped
  • 1 green cardamom, crushed
  • 2 pinches black pepper
  • 2 pinches garam masala powder
  • 2 pinches dry ginger powder
