Preparation Method :

  • Dry - Roast semolina and grind in a mixer.
  • Grind the pista, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, cashews coarsely.
  • Grind the dates to a fine mixture.
  • Grind figs, kismis and apricot coarsely.
  • Mix all the ingredients and grind in a mixer shortly, just enough to mix well.
  • Take small portion and make balls.
  • Repeat the process of making the balls with the remaining mixture.


  • 50 grams Rawa/semolina
  • 50 grams Almonds
  • 50 grams walnuts
  • 50 grams cashew
  • 25 grams Roasted pista
  • 25 grams Roasted peanuts
  • 100 grams Dates
  • 50 grams Figs
  • 50 grams kismis
  • 25 grams Apriot
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom
