Preparation Method :

  • Grind together the dates and honey to make a paste.
  • Mix together with remaining powdered ingredients. Shape into balls.
  • Serve it.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams oats, lightly roasted, and coarsely powdered
  • 100 grams almonds, lightly roasted, and coarsely powdered
  • 100 grams cashews, lightly roasted, and coarsely powdered
  • 100 grams pista, lightly roasted, and coarsely powdered
  • 50 grams khus khus, lightly roasted, and coarsely powdered
  • 50 grams dates, seedless
