URAD DAL LADDU

Makes :
30 Pieces

Preparation Time :
40 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • In a heavy bottom pan, fry the urad dal in a medium flame. (Don't make it brown.)
  • Then allow it cool to room temperature, grind it in a mixie, little coarsely.
  • Heat a pan, add ghee and sesame oil.
  • Add cashews and grounded urad dal and mix well in medium flame, till gets aroma.
  • Then switch of the flame and mix sugar.
  • Make laddus out of it. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 grams Urad dal         
  • 200 grams Sesame oil      
  • 100 grams Ghee                
  • 20 nos Cashews         
  • 500grams Sugar              
  • 10 nos Cardamom
