Preparation Method :

  • Grind the bread slices to a get fresh breadcrumbs.
  • Boil the milk in a non-stick pan.
  • Add sugar, condensed milk, breadcrumbs and cook, stirring continuously, on low flame for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from flame, add saffron and cardamom powder. Mix well.
  • Set aside to cool down to room temperature.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours and serve chilled.
  • Dress up with sliver flakes.


  • 500 ml Milk    
  • 2 White bread slices
  • 150 ml Condensed milk         
  • 4 tablespoons Sugar   
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • A few strands of Saffron 
  • Sliver flakes for dressing
