Preparation Method :

  • Tie the freshly set yogurt in a muslin cloth for 3-4 hours.
  • Pass this yogurt through a sieve to make it smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar, cardamom, nutmeg, saffron, cream and mix well. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Garnish with saffron, sliced almonds and pistachios. Serve cold.



  • 1 liter yogurt (thick and fresh)
  • 150 grams sugar-powdered
  • ¼ teaspoon saffron-soaked in 1 tablespoon warm milk for 5 minutes
  • ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 2 tablespoon cream
  • 4-5 almonds and 4-5 pistachios - sliced
