SWEETENED LENTILS IN VEGETABLES

Preparation Method :

  • Chop yam and raw banana into small square pieces.
  • Grate coconut.
  • Pressure-cook the moong dal, raw banana, yam, jaggery and red chillies for 1 whistle.
  • Stir over fire adding salt.
  • Remove from fire and add coconut oil and grated coconut.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams of Moong dal
  • 200 grams of Raw banana
  • 200 grams of Yam
  • 2 teaspoon Jaggery
  • 4 Red chillies
  • 200 grams of Coconut
  • 2 teaspoon Coconut oil
  • Salt to taste
