Preparation Method :

  • Heat ghee in a kadai and add green cardamom powder, gram flour and roast on low heat till a nice aroma is left out.
  • Transfer roasted gram flour to a bowl and add crushed almonds and mix.
  • Allow the mixture to cool.
  • Add sugar and mix. Roll into even sized laddoos. 


  • 25 Almonds, crushed      
  • 800 grams Gram flour (besan)
  • 400 grams Ghee
  • ½ teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • 400 grams Powdered sugar
