Preparation Method :

  • Grate the carrots. In a heavy bottomed pan boil the milk and add the grated carrots.
  • Mix in the condensed milk and sugar. Cook on low heat, till the carrots are cooked.
  • Add a teaspoon of ghee and stir well. Garnish with raisins and nuts. Serve hot.


  • 500 grams carrots
  • 600 ml milk
  • 200 grams condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped cashewnuts / almonds
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 3-4 teaspoons sugar to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ghee
