RAWA LADOO

Preparation Method :

  • In a Pan, Fry the coconut and keep aside.
  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan, add 100 ml ghee and roast semolina (rawa) over low heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and Spread it on a paper or wide plate to make it cool.
  • Then Mix Semolina, Roasted coconut, Cashews, powdered sugar and the cardamom powder with remaining clarified ghee.
  • Mix well. Shape it into ladoos.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 grams powdered sugar
  • 200 grams ghee
  • 250 grams semolina (rawa)
  • ΒΌ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 50 grams cashew nuts, cut into mini bits
  • 1/2 coconut, grated
