Preparation Method

  • Pressure cook toor dhal with turmeric powder.
  • Chop the onions finely.
  • Split red chillies into two.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.  
  • Temper mustard, cumin seed, red chilli, onion and curry leaves.
  • To this add dhal and salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
