Preparation Method

  • Beat the curd well.
  • Grind together ginger, coriander leaves, green chilli and curry leaves.
  • Pour two cups of water and  blend in a blender.
  • Add salt.
  • Mix the ground masala to the butter milk.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil, temper mustard, cumin seed and mix it to the butter milk and serve.
