Preparation Method

For Ginger Sauce   
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Split red chillies into two.
  • When the oil becomes hot, add red chillies, chilli sauce, ground garlic and fry for a minute.
  • Simmer to a low flame, add the tomato puree, tomato ketchup, four tablespoon of water and stir for two minutes.
  • Add soy sauce, salt, sugar and aji-no-motto.
  • Pour the corn flour mixture, when it comes to a slightly thick consistency. Remove from fire and keep aside.
For making Schezwan
  • Cook the pork and keep aside.
  • Mix together maida, baking powder, salt, five tablespoon of water to a thick paste.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil. Dip the pork pieces in the batter and deep fry it.
  • Arrange the deep fried pork pieces on a plate.
  • Pour the ginger sauce over the pork and serve hot.
