Preparation Method

  • Par boil rice with salt and keep aside.
  • Chop the onions finely and lengthwise.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add onion and fry  till crisp and brown.
  • Add cooked rice, coriander leaves, fried onion and keep it in a low flame for 3 minutes.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
