Preparation Method

  • Par boil rice and keep aside.
  • Pound the pepper coarsely.
  • Split red chillies.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil and ghee.
  • Add urad dhal, red chilli, curry leaves, pound pepper and fry.
  • Add the cooked rice, stir well and serve hot.
