Preparation Method


  • Chop the ladies fingers into thin circles.
  • Dice the onion.
  • Grind together cumin seed, grated coconut and green chilli.
  • Split the red chillies into two.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Fry the ladies finger till crisp.
  • Heat another pan with a teaspoon of oil.
  • Temper mustard,add urad dhal, red chilli and asafoetida.
  • Saute onion.
  • Add the ground masala and fry for five minutes.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Add curd and salt and stir well.
  • Flip the fried ladies finger and serve.
