Preparation Method

  • Combine maida, salt and ghee.
  • Add water little by little and Knead it to a smooth dough.
  • Close with a lid and let it for ten minutes.
  • Make small balls and keep aside.
  • Heat Idhayam Sesame Oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
  • Take a ball, roll in a chappathi board and deep fry it on both sides till golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
