Preparation Method

  • Heat a pan with ghee, when it becomes hot add the rava, fry it and keep aside.
  • Chop the cashew nuts into two and fry in ghee.
  • Dice the ginger finely.
  • Chop the green chillies into fine circles.
  • Heat a teaspoon of ghee.
  • Temper mustard, add urad dhal, curry leaves, ginger and stir.
  • Mix together the fried spices, roasted rava, salt, cashew nuts and curd.
  • Grease the idli plates with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Pour a ladle of rava idli batter and cook.
  • Serve hot.
