Preparation Method

  • Beat the curd smoothly.
  • Add water, salt and mix well.

  • Heat mini pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Add mustard, when it splutters add cumin seed and curry leaves.
  • Mix the fried spices, garnish with green chillies, coriander leaves and serve.
