Preparation Method

  • Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan.
  • Squeeze lemon juice and stir for ten minutes.
  • The milk gets curdled.
  • Drain the water with a clean cotton cloth.
  • Make sure there is no water.
  • Knead the paneer to a smooth dough for ten minutes. Make into small balls.
  • Mix water and sugar and allow it to boil.
  • Flip the rasagulla into the sugar syrup.
  • Close with a lid and let it for twenty minutes.
  • Remove from fire and allow it to soak for three-four hours.
  • Serve.
