Preparation Method

  • Peel the beetroot and grate it.
  • Chop the cashew nuts to small bits.
  • Boil 50 ml of water and add sugar.
  • Add the grated beetroot.
  • When the beetroot is done, add the cashew nuts and honey.
  • Remove from fire when everything blends together.  
  • Serve hot or cold.
