Preparation Method

  • Clean the crab.
  • Grind red chilli, grated  coconut, coriander powder, shallots to a fine paste.
  • Chop the tomatoes.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste.
  • To this add green chilli, tomatoes, curry leaves, ground masala, turmeric powder, water, salt and fry well.
  • Add the crab.
  • Cover and simmer to a lowflame.
  • When the crab is done, remove from fire and serve.
