Preparation Method

For Poori
  • Sieve maida, salt and baking powder.
  • Mix together maida, salt, baking powder, rava, Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Addwater little by little and knead it to a stiff dough.
For  Pani
  • Grind together coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chillies.
  • Mix together tamarind extract, roasted cumin  powder, black salt, jaggery powder and stir well.
  • Adjust salt and drain it and keep aside.
For Filling
  • Cook the potatoes, peel the skin and mash it roughly.
  • Cook the peas and mash it coarsely.
  • Mix together the mashed peas, potatoes, salt and keep aside.
For Green Chutney
  • Grind together coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilli, sugar, ginger and salt.
  • Squeeze lemon juice, stir well and keep aside.
For Tamarind Chutney
  • Grind together palm jaggery, chilli powder, cumin powder, tamarind and salt.
  • Keep aside.
For Pani Poori
  • Tap the top of the poori's.
  • Fill the pooris with potato masala, boondhi, green chutney, tamarind chutney, pour pani and serve.
