Preparation Method

  • Pressure cook the potatoes.
  • Peel the skin and mash it with salt.
  • Cook the peas.
  • Chop the ginger finely.
  • In a broad bowl, combine green chilli, mashed potatoes, peas, four tablespoon of bread crumbs, corn flour, ginger, coriander leaves, garam masala, chilli powder, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Make into small balls and pat it into ½ inch paties.
  • Coat the patties with bread crumbs.
  • Heat a deep frying pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Deep fry the patties till golden brown on both the sides serve hot.
