Preparation Method

  • Take wheat flour in a broad bowl. Add salt, a tablespoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil, water and knead to a smooth dough. Keep it covered for twenty minutes.
  • Knead the dough again by adding rest of the Idhayam Sesame Oil and let for twenty minutes.
  • Divide the dough into eight equal parts.
  • Dust some wheat  flour and roll into thin circles.
  • Heat a non stick pan.
  • Place the roti.
  • Cook one side of the roti, when the bubbles appear, flip over, when it turns brown hold the roti with a tong and cook it on direct flame and serve.
  • Don't keep it in direct flame for a very long time.
