Preparation Method

  • Soak rice, urad dhal and fenugreek seeds for four hours.
  • Grind it along salt and allow it to ferment overnight.
  • Soak the horse gram for four hours, grind it and mix it to the rice batter.
  • Heat a dosa pan.
  • Take a ladle of the batter.
  • Pour it in the centre of the pan and spread it in a circular motion.
  • Drizzle Idhayam sesame oil to the sides.
  • Flip over and add Idhayam sesame oil.
  • When the dosa is cooked on both the sides remove from fire and serve.
