Preparation Method

  • Combine rava, sugar and maida.
  • Add water little by little and mix to a flexible dough.
  • Allow it to soak for thirty minutes.
  • Heat a deep frying pan with ghee or Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • When it becomes hot, take a ladle of the batter and pour it in the oil, cook until it turns golden  brown on both the sides.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
