Preparation Method

  • Heat a broad pan or a vessel with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Toss ginger, garlic, green chilli, coriander leaves and fry for two minutes.
  • Add all the vegetables, aji-no-motto, salt, chicken pieces and mix well.
  • Combine soy sauce, chicken stock and allow it to boil.
  • Adjust salt.
  • Dilute corn flour in water. Pour it to the boiling chicken stock.
  • When it becomes to a thick consistency remove from fire.
  • Garnish with spring onion and serve hot in soup bowls.
