Preparation Method

  • Chop the chicken into strips.
  • Dice the ginger and garlic finely.
  • Chop the onions roughly.
  • Deseed the capsicum and cut into triangles.
  • Chop the spring onion.
  • Mix together chicken strips, hoisin sauce, red chilli sauce, chilli vinegar, salt and sweet chilli sauce.
  • Heat a broad pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Fry garlic and ginger.
  • Saute onion.
  • Add red chilli flakes, sweet chilli sauce, the chicken pieces and fry.
  • Toss the capsicum.
  • To this add the roasted groundnut.
  • Sprinkle spring onion.
  • Fry well.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
