Preparation Method

  • Cook peas.
  • Grind onion, green chilli, ginger, garlic and tomatoes to fine paste.
  • Soak cashew nuts for ten minutes and grind to a fine paste.
  • Heat a pan with ghee and Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Add the onion mixture and fry well.
  • Add the chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt and stir well.
  • To this add the ground cashew nut paste.
  • Fry for two minutes.
  • Add the peas and pour half a cup of water.
  • Allow it to boil for three minutes.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
